Staffing The search begins with extensive evaluation of the clients need. Strategic IT Solutions works closely with the client to arrive at a thorough understanding of the company, its culture and organization and the specifications of the position to be filled. Job specifications included title, department definition, reporting structure and details of compensation. It is imperative that the job description reflects a clear understanding and agreement between the client and search consultant before proceeding.Once the job description is finalized, the intensive research phase of the search commences. We engage in extensive industry research and networking, existing sources are contacted, leads are vigorously pursued.Based on our research, we contact prospective candidates and begin screening interested and promising candidates. Personal interviews ensure in parallel with thorough reference checking. Our entire recruiting process is designed to preserve the clients valuable time.We will report our progress regularly and present a strong candidate pool to the client by fax/phone/email. Client agrees to provide critical feedback to Strategic IT Solutions by same methods within 24 hours of receipt of resume. In a candidate market, it is important that the time between first contact of a qualified candidate and formal engagement be as short as possible.Once client agrees to the fit of a candidate to the skill requirement, Client also agrees to begin the interview process within three (3) business days. We assist/arrange the interviews with the best prospects. We also prepare the client to meet the candidates. Highly skilled and truly motivated recruited candidates in the current marketplace may be presented with multiple opportunities from which to choose. It is vital that they be interviewed as soon as possible.Strategic IT Solutions acts as the liaison between candidate and client to provide feedback and to address any unanswered questions.
